Forever on Film specialises in capturing life stories and creating cinematic-quality films of loved ones to be passed down through families. Our services include filming interviews, editing footage, and delivering a final product that reflects the agreed-upon package.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the services on behalf of a minor, you agree to take full responsibility for their compliance with these terms.
3. Payment and Fees

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The full payment must be made before the final delivery of the product.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use footage for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when scheduling your session.

It is your responsibility to secure all necessary permissions for the filming of individuals and any external locations featured in the footage.

You must ensure that all individuals involved in the film consent to being recorded.
7. Content and Usage Restrictions
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms.
8. Delivery and Revisions

The timeline for delivery of the final product will be provided during the booking process.

One round of revisions is included in your package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
